What We Cover

When you place an order through Rubble, your payment is held securely until:

  • The delivery is completed
  • You've received the material
  • There are no disputes or claims

If something goes wrong, we step in to help resolve it quickly.

Covered Scenarios

Buyer Protection may apply in situations like:

  • Material not delivered
  • Wrong type of dirt received (e.g., seller listed topsoil, but delivered construction debris)
  • Undisclosed contamination or quality issues
  • Delivery made to the wrong location

Wrong Location Definition

A 'wrong location' is determined as a location different from the buyer-provided and seller-confirmed address, as documented in the order confirmation details within the Rubble platform. GPS proof or photographic evidence provided by the buyer will be required to verify claims.

How to Report an Issue

If you experience a problem:

  1. Go to the Orders or Inbox section in the app
  2. Tap "Report an Issue"
  3. Provide photos or details so we can help resolve it

Our team will review your case and determine the best next steps, including possible refunds or mediation with the seller.

What's Not Covered

We may not be able to provide refunds for:

  • Material ordered outside the Rubble platform
  • Disputes filed after a completed and confirmed delivery
  • Buyer remorse or changes in project scope after delivery

  • Confirm listing details before purchasing
  • Document deliveries with photos when possible
