Seller Fees

Platform Fee

  • 10% platform fee on successful sales
  • No upfront listing fees
  • No monthly subscription costs
  • You only pay when you sell

Buyer Fees

  • No fees for buyers - the price you see is what you pay
  • All platform costs are covered by seller fees
  • Free access to buyer protection

Hauler Fees

  • 5% platform fee on completed deliveries
  • Access to delivery requests in your area
  • Integrated payment processing
  • Route optimization tools

Payment Processing

All payment processing fees are included in our platform fees. We use Stripe for secure payment processing, ensuring your transactions are safe and reliable.

Refund Fees

  • First 2 cancellations per month: Free
  • 3rd+ cancellation in 30 days: 5% processing fee
  • Seller-initiated cancellations: No fee to buyer

No Hidden Fees

What you see is what you get. We don't charge hidden fees for:

  • Account setup or maintenance
  • Photo uploads
  • Messaging other users
  • Basic customer support
  • Standard dispute resolution

Fee Collection

Fees are automatically deducted from your earnings before payout. For sellers, you'll receive 90% of the sale price. For haulers, you'll receive 95% of the delivery fee.
