RUBBLE – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users may cancel orders or request refunds when using the Rubble platform. It applies to all transactions made through the Rubble mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellations Before Delivery
You may cancel an order for a full refund before the seller or hauler confirms pickup or dispatch. However, to prevent misuse, Rubble may impose a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction after three cancellations within any rolling 30-day period.
Once an order has been confirmed for pickup or delivery, cancellation requests will be reviewed by Rubble Support. Refunds may be subject to administrative or restocking fees depending on the order's status and associated costs.
Administrative and Restocking Fees:
Administrative fees shall not exceed 10% of the total transaction value. Restocking fees, if applicable, will reflect actual documented expenses incurred by the seller or hauler due to cancellation.
3. Cancellations After Delivery Is Confirmed
If a delivery has already been confirmed or is in progress:
- Full refunds are not guaranteed.
- Partial refunds may be issued at Rubble's discretion, based on factors such as delivery progress and seller or hauler expenses.
- Buyers are responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
4. Refunds for Material Issues
Refunds may be granted if:
- The material delivered does not match the listing description (e.g., wrong type, insufficient volume, contamination).
- The delivery was not completed or delivered to the incorrect location.
- The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation, along with supporting documentation.
Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
5. What Is Not Covered
Rubble does not provide refunds for the following:
- Orders paid or arranged outside of the Rubble platform
- Cancellations due to changes in project scope, delays, or buyer's availability
- Disputes submitted more than 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered
- Requests made without documentation or evidence of material or delivery issues
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel an Order
To cancel an order or request a refund:
- Open the Orders tab in the Rubble app
- Select the relevant order
- Tap "Report an Issue" or "Request Refund"
- Provide all relevant details, photos, or evidence
- Rubble Support will respond within 1 business day
All refund decisions are subject to Rubble's discretion and are final.
